If you want to help the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj - Rovigno by donating financial resources, products, services or works, and for the purpose of improving the quality of medical care and the quality of work, please complete letter of intent send to the e-mail address: ravnateljstvo@bolnica-rovinj.hr in order to carry out a further procedure regarding your donation:

• approval of the Director for carrying out the procedure for accepting donations, making a decision of the Administrative Council of the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj-Rovigno on accepting the donation, agreement on donation/decision on donation, payment to the account of the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj-Rovigno for financial donations / handover with the signing of the record of handover/delivery notes/delivery notes for donations in kind with prior agreement with the Director or the manager/head nurse of the organizational unit to which the donation is intended.

Please, along with the letter of intent to donate products, services or works, attach an offer, invoice or other appropriate document on the value of the products, services or works, where the exact individual and total value of the donation will be highlighted.

If you want to help by donating financial resources to the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj - Rovigno, the payment details will be provided upon approval of the acceptance of the donation and recorded in the donation contract.
