Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj-Rovigno - Ospedale specialistico per l'ortopedia e la riabilitazione "Martin Horvat" Rovinj-Rovigno is located on the west coast of Istria, in the city of Rovinj. It is one of the oldest orthopedic rehabilitation institutions, and it was built in 1888. The hospital complex is, among other things, specially adapted sea beach, more sports fields, outdoor training ground and indoor pool with warm sea water, and all adapted for people with disabilities.
Hospital treatment with physical medicine and rehabilitation, with the use of full board or half board, includes various types of physical therapy and rehabilitation - kinesitherapy, hydrotherapy and electrotherapy with the use of natural factors (heliotalasotherapy) mainly in summer, and individual and group exercises and all forms of massage . The complex is open all year round.
