Pursuant to Article 8 of the Law on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (OG 17/19) and Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation “Martin Horvat” Rovinj-Rovigno conducted an initial assessment of the compliance of its website with accessibility requirements and found that due to the disproportionate load, certain parts did not comply with the above. These are the following parts:

• Operability: Users are not provided with optimal content navigation, nor are individual areas of the pages (text or icons) large enough and remote for uninterrupted use by people with motor disabilities. The provisions of the Right to Access Information Act (OG 25/13 and 85/15) apply to supervision.
