From June 24 to 28, 2025, an international congress dedicated to children with neurodevelopmental disabilities will be held in Heidelberg (Germany) - a joint congress of the EACD (European Academy of Childhood-onset Disability) and the IAACD (International Alliance of Academies of Childhood Disability).
Under the motto “Developing Networks – Networks for Development”, experts from all over the world gather to discuss topics such as cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, genetic disorders, early intervention and family support. The congress is held in a hybrid format, with the possibility of online participation.
Dina Dežmar, an educational rehabilitator, early intervention specialist, and member of the Early Intervention Team of the Rovinj Special Hospital, is also actively participating in the congress, and she presented her research on the topic:
"Perception of parents of preschool children about the informal (family) support network"
We are proud that our team contributes to the international scientific community and the exchange of knowledge aimed at improving the quality of life of children and their families.
