PBZ Group donated a modern EEG device to the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj - Rovigno
Rovinj, March 2022 - As part of its project "I do good every day" PBZ Group, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, continues to help children and youth throughout Croatia, as evidenced by its latest donation to the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj - Rovigno. The donation in the amount of HRK 225,131 was handed over by Mladenka Dubravac, Chief Public Relations Coordinator of PBZ Card, and Vladimir Potočki, Director, Center for Business with Small and Medium Enterprises of PBZ.
Thanks to this donation, the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj - Rovigno acquired a modern EEG device that will provide early intervention and generally better health care for children with neurological risks from Rovinj and other parts of Istria.

Electroencephalography (EEG) is the most commonly used test in pediatric neurology. It is harmless, painless, non-invasive, cheap and simple, and provides valuable information about the electrical activity of the brain. It is mostly used to diagnose epilepsy. As previously mentioned by my colleague Sošić, we are developing a Center for Early Intervention in Children with Neurorisk and Developmental Disabilities in our Hospital, and this commendable donation of EEG devices will complete offer our services, increase the quality of our work and enable parents and children in one place and in a short time to get more complete information about the difficulties with which they contacted us. Donation to the Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation "Martin Horvat" Rovinj - Rovigno is part of the socially responsible business project of PBZ Group, a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, which the Group has been implementing for fourteen years in a row called "Doing good every day".
